Terms of Use

The rules that keep BeeGreat useful, fair, and safe for everyone using Bee and the BeeGreat services.

Agreement and eligibility

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and BeeGreat (“BeeGreat,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your use of the BeeGreat mobile app, BeeDocs website, Bee assistant, and related services (together, the “Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service—or purchasing BeeGreat Pro—you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If local law requires a higher minimum age, that higher age applies. If you use BeeGreat for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it to these Terms.

The BeeGreat service

BeeGreat is a personal focus and productivity service. It can help you plan goals, projects, and tasks; keep conversations and memories you choose to save; use voice or text with Bee; track progress in your Hive; and enable optional connections or power-ups.

The Service evolves. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features to improve reliability, safety, legal compliance, or the product itself. We will provide reasonable notice when a material change negatively affects a paid feature, unless urgent security, legal, or technical circumstances make advance notice impractical.

BeeGreat Pro subscription

BeeGreat Pro is a monthly auto-renewing subscription that unlocks the paid BeeGreat experience. The United States App Store price is US$6.99 per month. Taxes and prices in other currencies or regions may differ. The price and billing terms shown in Apple’s purchase sheet when you confirm the transaction control your purchase.

Auto-renewal: payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends. Apple may charge your account for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends.

  • Manage or cancel. Manage your subscription in your device’s Settings under your Apple Account and Subscriptions, or visit Apple’s subscription page. Cancellation stops future renewals; access ordinarily continues through the end of the paid period.
  • Restore. Use “Restore Purchases” in BeeGreat when you reinstall the app or move to another device. Restoration requires the Apple Account that made the purchase and the corresponding BeeGreat account.
  • Refunds. Apple processes App Store billing and refund requests under its policies. You can request help at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Trials and offers. No free trial is included unless Apple’s purchase sheet explicitly displays one. Any offer-specific terms shown there apply.
  • Price changes. Apple will provide any notice or consent required for a subscription price increase. If you do not accept a change that requires consent, your subscription may not renew.

Deleting BeeGreat or your BeeGreat account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel through Apple separately if you do not want it to renew.

Accounts and security

You need an account to use most of BeeGreat. Give us accurate information, keep your sign-in method and devices secure, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless it results from our failure to use reasonable security measures.

You may not sell, transfer, or share an account in a way that bypasses subscription, security, or usage limits. We may require you to re-authenticate or reconnect a third-party service to protect your account.

Your content

You retain ownership of the prompts, messages, goals, tasks, files, memories, instructions, and other content you submit to BeeGreat (“Your Content”). You grant BeeGreat a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, transform, and otherwise process Your Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and support the Service and to comply with law.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit Your Content and that our processing of it as described in these Terms will not violate another person’s rights. You are responsible for reviewing content before you rely on, share, publish, or act on it.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

  • break the law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or facilitate fraud, harassment, abuse, or exploitation;
  • upload malware, probe or disrupt systems, defeat access controls, scrape at unreasonable scale, or interfere with another person’s use;
  • misrepresent AI-generated material as verified fact where that could cause harm;
  • obtain unauthorized access to accounts, connected services, health information, wallets, or credentials;
  • reverse engineer or extract protected parts of the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
  • resell, sublicense, or use the Service to build a competing model or service without our written permission.

We may apply reasonable technical and usage limits to protect the Service and manage provider costs.

AI, health, and Web3

AI output

Bee uses artificial intelligence. AI output may be incomplete, outdated, offensive, or wrong, and similar inputs can produce different results. Verify important information and use your own judgment. BeeGreat is not a substitute for a qualified professional and is not designed for emergency use.

Health information

The optional Google Health power-up is read-only and can help summarize information you authorize. BeeGreat is not a medical device, health-care provider, or emergency service. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Do not delay professional care because of Bee output. Contact local emergency services if you may be experiencing an emergency.

Web3 activity

The optional Web3 power-up may display public blockchain information or help submit wallet actions you approve. Digital assets can be volatile; networks may charge fees; and confirmed transactions may be irreversible. BeeGreat does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice and does not guarantee the availability, value, or recovery of digital assets. Review every address, network, amount, and action before confirming it.

Third-party services

BeeGreat relies on service providers and can connect, at your direction, to third-party accounts such as ChatGPT, Google Health, GitHub, Linear, Notion, or a wallet provider. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. You authorize us to exchange the information needed to provide the connection you request.

We do not control third-party availability, content, or account decisions. Disconnecting inside BeeGreat stops future BeeGreat access, but you may also need to revoke access or manage data directly with the third party. Your use of Apple services is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms, including the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

BeeGreat ownership

BeeGreat and its licensors own the Service, including its software, visual design, Bee character, names, logos, and other materials, excluding Your Content and third-party materials. Subject to these Terms and an active subscription where required, we grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

Feedback is voluntary. If you send us feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.

Termination and account deletion

You may stop using BeeGreat at any time. You can start account deletion from your profile in the app. If you cannot access the app, email oddofrancesco000@gmail.com. See the Privacy Policy for what deletion covers and what limited records may need to be retained.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially or repeatedly violate these Terms, create risk or harm, fail to pay, or if we must do so for security or legal reasons. When reasonable, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to resolve the issue. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits—will survive.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that AI output, connected services, health summaries, blockchain data, notifications, or reminders will be accurate or available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeeGreat will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, opportunities, or digital assets. Our total liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid BeeGreat through the App Store during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. Any dispute will be handled by a court or tribunal with jurisdiction under applicable law.

Apple-specific terms

If you obtain BeeGreat through Apple’s App Store, you and BeeGreat acknowledge and agree that:

  1. these Terms are between you and BeeGreat, not Apple, and BeeGreat—not Apple—is responsible for the app and its content;
  2. your license is limited to a non-transferable right to use BeeGreat on Apple-branded products you own or control, as allowed by Apple’s Usage Rules, including applicable Family Sharing or volume-purchase access;
  3. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for BeeGreat; contact BeeGreat using the details below;
  4. if BeeGreat fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation;
  5. BeeGreat, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the app, including product-liability, legal-compliance, and consumer-protection claims, and for investigating and resolving intellectual-property infringement claims;
  6. you are not located in a country subject to a United States government embargo or designated as supporting terrorism, and you are not on a United States government restricted-party list;
  7. you will comply with applicable third-party terms when using BeeGreat; and
  8. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Apple-specific terms against you.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the Service or law changes. We will update the date above and, when required, provide additional notice. Continuing to use the Service after an updated version takes effect means you accept it; if you do not agree, stop using the Service and cancel any renewal.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about the Service unless separate written terms apply.
